Upcoming Blog Changes

Within the next seven days or so leeib.com will find itself in a remodeling stage. I've been contemplating the changes over the last few weeks and I've talked to several people before moving forward with the project. The biggest change that you'll notice will be in the main logo. The Batman symbol will be coming down and it will be replaced with a generic bat. I thought long and hard about this and as much as I really enjoy that logo being on the blog it just doesn't belong. Everything else is my own, owned by me, and if I want to continue to grow this product than I need to make educated decisions regarding what is and is not on the blog. The fact that the Batman logo is also owned by DC Comics is another reason it's coming down. As someone who preaches about watermarking everything I don't want to find myself in a situation where I receive a letter for taking someone else's work.

• Updated Main Logo - New blog header, FB timeline, & main logo.
• About Me Section - New photo and text.
• Icons at top of page - New Bloglovin icon.
• Favicon - New Favicon.
• Facebook Cover - New Facebook cover photo.
• Google+ Cover - New Google+ cover photo.
• Sidebar Titles - Three new sidebar titles to replace current ones.

My web designer, Jenn, is really the best. When I first had this blog designed she came up with a design that fit exactly who I was. It was almost as if she read my mind because she totally nailed what I was going for. It didn't stop there though, she's continued to help with new and exciting additions to all of my social media sites. I was in contact with her yesterday about all of these changes and she did not hesitate. She gave me the estimate and said she would be happy to do it for me. She is super nice and very professional and I would strongly recommend her for a blog design or website design. She is one of the best graphic designers that I know. I can design a website and put a blog together, I've always done it in the past and I did leeibcommunity.com and leeibhalloffame.com myself, but with my main page, now that I have Jenn I wouldn't turn back.
